PVPD Warns of Caller Impersonating Police Officer

Prescott Valley Police report on Thursday morning a member of the community received a phone call from a man who identified himself as a police officer. The caller informed him he worked for a federal law enforcement agency and was calling in reference to the purchase of hydrochloric acid and its possible use in methamphetamine production. The caller then asked for the person's credit card information and driver's license.
