Stalker Arrested in Prescott After Car Crash, Fight

A Prescott women and her daughter called authorities last Thursday to report they were being stalked by 48-year-old Dustin Brown of Chino Valley at their residence. What followed was a chaotic situation that saw Brown going to the hospital before getting booked into jail.
